Due to the shaggy nature of our Polar rug a small amount of fibre loss is normal, but simply trim loose fibres with household scissors. To keep your shaggy rug looking even rotate regularly to balance out wear. When you recieve your rug, we recommend re-rolling with the shaggy pile facing outwards for 24 hours in a warm room.
